Hybrid Curing Polyester Resin
Epoxy hybrid polyester resin is one of the commonly used resin systems in powder coatings. It combines the advantages of epoxy resin and polyester resin and has the following characteristics and applications:
Excellent comprehensive performance
Combines the chemical resistance and adhesion of epoxy resin and the weather resistance and decorative properties of polyester resin, with balanced performance.
Good leveling and film-forming properties
The coating surface is smooth and has good decorative effect, suitable for applications with high appearance requirements.
Excellent mechanical properties
With high hardness, wear resistance and impact resistance, the coating is durable.
Chemical resistance
It has good resistance to chemicals such as acids, alkalis, solvents, etc., suitable for industrial environments.
Low curing temperature
The curing temperature is usually 160-180°C, which is energy-saving and suitable for heat-sensitive substrates.
